New Helpdesk
Today we launched the new VertexHost helpdesk which is fully integrated into our Pilot billing platform.
Everyone has been running off of our new Pilot billing system for quite some time now, but had to log in elsewhere for using the support desk. We have now gone and integrated the support desk into the billing system. That means that you only need to remember one log in to take care of your bill, view your invoices, manage your server (dedicated server customers) and contact the support and billing departments.
The Pilot billing / support platform is located at https://pilot.vertexhost.com, if you do not remember your password you should utilize the Forgot Password option.
We will continue to maintain our knowledgebase at www.vertexhost.com/kbase and there is a link provided for this within our Pilot billing platform.
Have multiple users that need to be able to enter tickets on behalf of your account? Our Pilot billing system allows you to set up additional users, each with their own login, watch this quick video to see how.
Lastly you can still contact support by emailing support@vertexhost.com and our billing department at billing@vertexhost.com.
We’d love to hear your feedback on our new Pilot billing and support system so feel free to email us at support@vertexhost.com and share your thoughts with us.

What our clients say?

The features sound great but what will drive me to try this is the billing model. …..Could the co-pilot billing be setup so that it is done automaticly as soon as I log in?I hate having to redo my credit card everytime I need use it.
You can definitely add a card on file.
Once logged into the pilot billing system if you go to Client Profile -> Billing Methods it will display a list of all your cards on file.
On the upper right of that box is a link that says “Add Credit Card”, by clicking on that link you can put a card on file.
If you run into any more troubles with it or have any problems just open a ticket and we’ll be more than happy to help out.
