Live Support Re-Launched

We first offered Live Support here at VertexHost a few years ago.   At the time it wasn’t as popular a feature around the web as it is now and our customers rarely used it.   So when we faced some software problems that affected it we shut it down.

Now that we have re-launched the site and that live support is a more common tool around the net we are re-launching live support with brand new, much improved software.  This time it is here to stay!

Please remember that live support is best for quick questions and support.   For anything that requires in depth investigation and additional account information sometimes a ticket is best, and there may be times that a support rep opens a ticket on your behalf or asks you to open a support ticket.
